Adapting to the special needs of our client and individualizing our services is our company policy. Hence Guards are recruited for each post, keeping in mind the personality and profile desired by the clients. Our essential recruitment ORs are as follows:

  • Minimum height should be 5’6".
  • Age in the span of 21-50 years.

REGULAR ACTIVITIES

Manager (Operations)

We have Manager (operations); Area Manager and field officers are based at major locations responsible for complete operational activities of the concerned areas.

Constant Supervision

Constant supervision of the guards at no extra cost due to the visits by Manager (Operations), Area Managers and Field Officers.

Job Training

On the job training at the post regularly to enhance knowledge of the guard about his duty post, reactions in the event of any contingency and capability to handling team.

Security Environment

Creating and maintaining a “Security Environment” and high visibility by various means in order to detect crime and to give visitors and staff a comfortable and secure feeling in the client’s premises.

Prompt Communication

Our entire operational staff is equipped with mobile phones and wireless sets on requirement basis for prompt communication.

Constant Surveillance

Deny entry to the unwanted or unauthorized persons through breaking fences or regular entrance. Keep common areas and surrounding under constant surveillance for any security violation.

Reports

Report all security violation to the client and suggest suitable counter measures.

Receive and Guide Patrons

Receive and guide patrons as per the advice of the client. Deny access to person desired by the client.

Watch the Suspicious

Our motive is to keep a close watch on all suspicious elements.

TRAINING

We have established Training facilities at our Head Quarters at TIRUPATI and also at all our Branches. The training is imparted by the Senior members of the veterans from the Armed forces.

The curriculam inclused basic foot drill, Security awarness, Fire fighting, Fire prevention, First Aid and soft skills. Duties and Reponsibilities of Security personnel, crowd management, crisis management, men and material control at the gates are scrupulously taught. Awareness about the different ranks in the forces and police and knowledge about the types differenc documents and thier checking and scrutiny are also taught during training. Gist about types of emergency and disaster management and rescue methods are given.

Bonuses

SURPRISE CHECKS

MAX takes pride in having a sophisticated internal monitoring system (SIMS). We have a dedicated force of field Supervisors who carry out checking of all posts 3 to 5 times a week, including night checking. Supervisors submit a regular report on the performance of each post.

ROTATION OF GUARDS

To preclude the possibility of complacency and avoid over familiarization, the guards are rotated on regular basis. However, in case of specific request from the client, a guard may be permitted to continue beyond the stipulated time

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR PROVIDING SECURITY SERVICES

🔒 The Institute will maintain the attendance register for security personnel.

🔒 Minimum 10th Standard Education is a must for the guards. Preference will be given to agency offering Ex-servicemen.

🔒 All security guards should wear clean uniforms, shoes, belts, caps, and name badges regularly supplied by the Agency.

🔒 Security Guards will be responsible to check all incoming and outgoing vehicles at the gates and report to the Officer on Special Duty (Documentation) and Security Incharge. Any suspicious, doubtful, problematic cases may be reported immediately to the concerned Officers.

🔒 The duty hours of the Security personnel will be as under:
a. First Shift: 06.00 am to 02.00 pm
b. Second Shift: 02.00 pm to 10.00 pm
c. Third Shift: 10.00 pm to 06.00 am

🔒 The period of contract is one year initially which shall be extended further subject to efficient and effective performance.

🔒 Materials or things should be allowed to move out of the campus only with proper gate pass issued or endorsed by the Officer on Special Duty (Documentation) / concerned department HOD of this Institute counter signed by the Security Incharge. A register must be maintained for the material movement.

🔒 Monthly bills will be paid by cheque/Online through RTGS/NEFT only to the agency, and the Institute will not take any responsibility to pay salary to the security guards or others. No advance will be paid to the agency by the Institute under any circumstances.

🔒 In case of emergency or on special occasions when more security guards are required by the Institute, additional Security guards should be provided by the agency at short notice in addition to the regular member of guards on additional payment at the agreed rates on man day basis.

🔒 Security guards or others deployed by the agency should strictly avoid consumption of liquor or smoking while they are on duty. The Institute will be within its powers to bar entry to any such personnel of the agency found within the campus having consumed liquor irrespective of whether he is in sober state or otherwise or found smoking while on duty.

🔒 The Security Guards should be physically fit & strong, mentally alert, and preferably in the age group of 25-50 years.

🔒 Security Agency will be fully responsible for any loss of property/theft on account of negligence of their duty in the campus and the cost of such loss will be borne by the agency.

🔒 The Agency should also provide them batons etc.

🔒 The Security Guards will have to maintain exemplary discipline and be polite always and work for the welfare of the Institute and should follow the campus rules.

🔒 The Security Agency should sign an agreement as a token of acceptance of contract immediately.

🔒 The contract can be foreclosed without assigning any reasons by giving one month notice by either side.

🔒 The security guards are expected to know First Aid / Fire Fighting and employ in case the situation demands.

🔒 The Agency will pay the salaries to the security staff before 10th of every month. Monthly invoices will be submitted with all the statutory documents.

🔒 Security guards are strictly forbidden from taking part in any labour union activities inside the campus.

🔒 The Security Guards should not be changed at least for a minimum period of 3 months.
